Omni Exchange provides a front-end interface to interact with the Omni Exchange Protocol ("the Protocol"), a decentralized and autonomous system of smart contracts deployed across various public blockchains, including but not limited to BNB Chain, Ethereum, and other networks.

Omni Exchange does not operate or control the Protocol. The Website is one of multiple potential means of accessing the Protocol. Use of the Website requires connecting a non-custodial wallet, for which you are solely responsible.

3. Modifications

Omni Exchange may amend this Agreement at any time. Any updates will be posted to the Website, and your continued use constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with a modification, you must stop using the Website.

4. Description of Services

The Website provides a user interface to access decentralized services offered by the Protocol, including:

* Token swapping

* Liquidity provision

* Yield farming

* Governance features (if applicable)

Omni Exchange does not control or custody user assets, execute trades on your behalf, or provide financial advice.

5. Eligibility

You may only use the Website if:

* You are of legal age in your jurisdiction (e.g., 18+)

* You are not subject to any sanctions or embargoes

* You are not a citizen or resident of any country or region restricted under international laws or regulations

* Your use of the Website complies with applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including software, branding, and visual elements, is owned by Omni Exchange or its licensors. The Protocol smart contracts may be open-source or source-available but are not owned by Omni Exchange.

Content you post or display (e.g., NFT media) grants Omni Exchange a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for use in connection with the Website.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following:

* Violating intellectual property rights

* Fraud or misrepresentation

* Cyberattacks or exploiting vulnerabilities

* Market manipulation or wash trading

* Data scraping or bot usage

* Violating local, national, or international laws

8. Restricted Regions

Users from the following jurisdictions are not permitted to participate in any Omni Exchange token offerings or use the Website where prohibited:

Belarus, Cuba, Crimea Region, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, New Zealand, North Korea, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, United States of America (including all territories), Zimbabwe.

9. No Investment Advice or Brokerage Services

Omni Exchange does not:

* Broker or execute trades on your behalf

* Guarantee market pricing or performance

All actions taken on the Website are user-initiated. Information presented (e.g., token metrics) is for general knowledge only.

10. Non-Custodial and No Fiduciary Relationship

Omni Exchange is a non-custodial interface. At no point do we hold or manage your digital assets. You retain full control of your wallet and are responsible for your private keys.

Omni Exchange assumes no fiduciary duty or liability for your actions or decisions.

11. Taxes and Compliance

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your use of the Website and the Protocol. Omni Exchange does not provide tax reporting or collect user data for regulatory compliance.

12. Risk Disclosure

By using the Website, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of decentralized technologies:

* High price volatility and market risk

* Irreversible blockchain transactions

* Potential for smart contract bugs or exploits

* Exposure to fake or unverified tokens

* Variable network fees and transaction delays

Omni Exchange is not liable for any losses or damages incurred through use of the Website or Protocol.

13. Third-Party Content

14. Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive and release any and all claims against Omni Exchange related to your use of the Website or interaction with the Protocol.

17. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Omni Exchange or its affiliates be liable for:

18. Dispute Resolution

21. Gas Fees

All blockchain transactions initiated through the Website are subject to applicable network fees ("Gas Fees"). You are solely responsible for paying any Gas Fees incurred.
